I’m Jake King, a South Florida native and the founder of SideCrew. I spent years in high-level business consulting, building strategies for some of the biggest brands in the world, including Tesla, Boeing, Nike, Disney, and Juniper. With an MBA and a background in finance, I know how to look at a business, find what’s costing it money, and fix it. That’s the same way I work with every shop: diagnose first, then fix.
