Terms of Service & SMS Terms

These terms apply to your use of sidecrewhq.com and to text messages from SideCrew. Paid services are also covered by the written proposal or agreement you sign with SideCrew, operated by Jake King (“SideCrew”). If the two conflict, the signed agreement wins.

SMS Terms

• Program: SideCrew Customer Care. Texts about your audit request, appointment scheduling and reminders, and customer support.
• How you opt in: by checking the text-consent box on our website or by giving us written consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Frequency: message frequency varies based on your requests and appointments.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and then stop.
• Help: reply HELP, call (239) 329-7555 or email [email protected].
• Timing: we send texts between 8 AM and 8 PM local time, except replies to a message you just sent us.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number. We never share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. Don’t misuse it, try to break it, or copy it for commercial use without permission.

Our services

• Scope, price and timelines for paid work are set in your proposal. Setup is paid 50% at signing and 50% at go-live. Monthly plans start at go-live and are month-to-month unless your proposal says otherwise.
• You approve the scripts, prices and rules your assistant uses, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.
• AI assistants can make mistakes. They are set up to hand off to a person for emergencies and anything they can’t handle. We monitor and fix issues, but we don’t promise error-free operation.
• We don’t guarantee rankings, a number of leads, calls or revenue.
• You own your phone number, website content and customer data. On cancellation we help you move them.

Compliance

We set up call recording disclosures and text messaging to follow applicable law, including the federal TCPA and Florida’s telephone solicitation and recording laws. Clients agree not to use the service for unsolicited marketing texts or calls.

Disclaimers and limits

The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, SideCrew’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Lee County, Florida.
